Maintained a 20+ bay dealership garage and performed routine automotive servicing. Worked alongside technicians to review engine failures and streamlined daily operations by managing up to 35 vehicles per shift.

Projects

BMW Fender Repair & CAD

Developed a 3D fender model in SolidWorks using reference blueprints
Reformed the damaged bodyline using an autobody hammer and dolly
Applied body filler, putty, and primer to eliminate surface imperfections
Applied final automotive paint and clear coat in a professional booth

Vehicle Restoration

Performed rust-proofing and custom rocker panel fabrication on a Ford F-150
Prepped, sanded, and primed the truck bed for a final paint job
Disassembled a 4th Gen Camaro for comprehensive paint preparation
Sanded, primed, and masked the Camaro for its final paint application

Mini Hood Fabrication

Fabricated a custom mini hood from a 16x16 sheet of metal
Performed welding, body filler application, and dent repair
Applied paint, clear coat, and custom Porsche Pink Pig racing decals
